BIO Anuchin Andrey

Andrey has started his career as a Sales Manager in the company «Barocco». He was responsible for developing all aspects of the company’s sales. He has built a strong team, managed sales force and cultivated excellent long-term relationship with clients.
Andrey had been Management Consultant in the Russian consulting company «ROEL consulting» for 5 years. As a consultant, he participated in projects of restructuring of the large industrial enterprises. Andrey collaborated with local management teams, provided strategic and facilitation sessions to achieve the strategic goals of clients.
Andrey had been a lecturer at Voronezh State University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Marketing and Faculty of international Relations, Department of World Economy for 11 years.
Andrey has developed and delivered courses for students in marketing, consumer behavior, sales management, presentation skills, change management and other courses . Andrey had been a research instructor for more that 150 diplomas of students. Moreover, Andrey had been a business school academic in the business school of Voronezh State University.
Andrey had been an external trainer in JSC Russian Railways Corporate University for three years.
He participated in creating and delivering trainings modules «Corporate Manager» and «Corporate Leader» to senior managers.
More than 16 years Andrey has been working as a freelancer. He conducts strategic and facilitation sessions, trainings on leadership, management, soft skills for Russian and Kazakhstan companies, for clients in finance, pharma, retail, FMCG, telecommunications, oil sectors. For example, last year he conducted trainings for SberTech, GazpromNeft, Komek Mashinery Kazakhstan, and, as member of the team, he conducts facilitation sessions for VkusVill, KAMAZ.
Andrey is into in bodily practices (somatic coaching, leadership embodiment and etc.). He has been practicing ATM (Awareness Through Movement Feldenkrais) and Hanna somatics professionally for 5 years. He is a certified somatic educator. Andrey has finished the Embodied Facilitator Course in Russia in 2016. Moreover, Andrey has been practicing aikido for 15 years.
Andrey graduated from Voronezh State University, Department of Radio Physics and Electronics with a degree in Radiophysics. Andrey defended Candidate’s Thesis on economics in 2007. He did Master’s degree in Mediation (conflict management) at Moscow State University of Psychology and Education in June 2016.
He successfully attended the course for lecturers «Mastering Changes» in Adizes Symbergetic Management. He has completed one-year course «The Art & Science of coaching» in International Erickson College and the course «Design Thinking» in Lumiknows (Russia).
Andrey participated in numerous short-term seminars and trainings on management, team building, leadership, etc.
Andrey has twice completed courses for professional development in France (2002 – Higher School of International Commerce (>Ecole Supérieure Internationale de Commerce (ESIDEC) (Metz, France). 2011 –
Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée (UPEM).
Andrey has authored 2 books. “Simple book about complicated sales” – Alpina Publisher, 2016 and “Sales in a competitive environment” – Peter, 2009
Moreover Andrey has co-authored high school’s manual «Сompetitiveness of countries and regions». He has created several educational courses on Sales Management, Negotiation Skills, Presentation Skills.
He has published a lot of articles in different journals as well as «Management today», «Marketing Management», «Sales Management».
